Yutthana is an Of Counsel of Aawut Law Firm. He regularly advising Samitivej Hospitals, Prime Nature Group of Companies, a number of listed companies, and other Thai and international clients on all aspect of corporate and commercial law, including but not limited to dispute resolution.
Yutthana specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experienced in medical malpractice and white-collar crime. Prior to joining the firm, he was a special counsel of Samitivej Hospitals where he handled many civil and commercial for its operation for the medical industry. Prior to that from 2003 – 2017, he was a senior litigation lawyer of Rapeepat Public Law Office where he handled many civil and commercial disputes in the Thai courts and arbitrations. Before joining Rapeepat Public Law Office, he was an associate of Anajak Law Office Limited from 2000 until 2003.
Yutthana is fluent in English and Thai.

- Successfully defended a number of directors and listed companies in Thailand against several criminal defamation charges in connection with the public release announcements and business decisions.
- Successfully defended a number of directors and companies against several fraud and misrepresentation charges in connection with the improperly acts as the directors.
- Advising individual clients in respect of deceiving of the purchase of the Equity Fund and consumer protection law against a leading commercial bank for the wrongful act claim of THB 15 million.
- Advising the clients on the white-collar crime for THB 50 million claims and a number of labour disputes.
- Advising a plastic surgery clinic in respect of medical law and consumer protection law in order to defend customer’s complaints addressed to Ministry of Public Health and The Office of the Consumer Protection Board.
